ICD-10-CM: Introduction to Trauma Diagnosis Coding
Provides detailed instruction on coding of trauma-related diagnoses with instruction from nationally recognized coding expert Lynn Kuehn. Topics include Introduction to Trauma Diagnosis Coding, Wound Coding, and Coding of Other Superficial Wounds.
ICD-10-CM: Advanced Trauma Diagnosis Coding
Provides detailed instruction on coding of more complex trauma-related diagnoses with instruction from nationally recognized coding expert Lynn Kuehn. Topics include Coding of Internal Injuries, Coding of Bone and Joint injuries, and Coding of Facial, Cranial and Intracranial Injuries
Practical Coding Experience: Emergency Department

Accelerated Emergency Department Coder Training offer up to 10 potential AHIMA and/or AAPC CEUs (the number of CEUs will depend on the number of courses completed). See individual course descriptions for number of CEUs and status of prior approval from AHIMA and AAPC.

- Course is self-paced. For planning purposes, assume 1-3 hours required for each CEU.
- Unlimited course access during enrollment period. For courses offering greater than one CEU, enrollment period is 16 weeks. For courses offering one or fewer CEUs, enrollment period is 4 weeks. Depending on the topic, some courses may offer an extended enrollment period. Courses purchased as a bundle or package may have a longer enrollment period.
