ICD-10-CM: Outpatient Guidelines
Provides detailed instruction on application of conventions and general guidelines as well as selected outpatient guidelines to ensure accurate, complete, and defensible coding of diagnoses. Features outpatient-related advice from recent issues of Coding Clinic.
CPT®: Coding of Breast Procedures
CPT coding of breast procedures requires detailed understanding of the structure of the CPT coding system, the guidance specific to proper coding of breast procedures, and clinical knowledge of both breast anatomy and current medical procedures. This course explores the documentation necessary to distinguish between similar or related common breast procedures and ensure coding is both accurate and complete.
CPT®: Coding of Skin Lesion Procedures
Accurate and complete coding of provider services related to skin procedures is challenging: the codes themselves are complicated and the code definitions often do not match the terms used by providers. This course provides detailed understanding of the structure of the CPT coding system, the guidance specific to proper coding of skin lesion procedures, and clinical knowledge of skin anatomy, skin lesions, and current medical procedures.
CPT®: Coding of Gastroenterology Endoscopic Procedures
Provides the learner with clinical knowledge of anatomy and current medical procedures, detailed understanding of the structure of the CPT coding system, and insightful guidance on proper coding of gastroenterology endoscopy procedures. Hands-on tools take the learner step-by-step from documentation to accurate coding.
Practical Coding Experience: Ambulatory Surgery 1
Provides hands-on coding practice on commonly performed procedures. ICD-10-CM and CPT coding coupled with instant feedback and explanations. - Unlimited course access during enrollment period. For courses offering greater than one CEU, enrollment period is 16 weeks. For courses offering one or fewer CEUs, enrollment period is 4 weeks. Depending on the topic, some courses may offer an extended enrollment period. Courses purchased as a bundle or package may have a longer enrollment period.
